Inbox Both networks, on the same screen
Instagram and the messages from your Facebook page land in the same inbox, and on
the right sits the contact card: who they are, which post they came from, their
tags, what stage they're in and everything the two of you have said before. At a
glance you see who wrote each message: the contact, an automation or you (and
with Agency, the agent). And you reply from the browser with voice notes,
attachments and internal notes only you can see.
Automations Our own engine, not a list of templates
Seven ways to start: a first message, a later reply, a reply to a story, a comment
on a post, a tag added, a stage change or time going by. Thirteen actions to chain
together and seven flows already built if you'd rather start from a finished one.
Nothing to program.
Pipeline You drag each person to where they are
Columns that you move or your flow moves, and if you get it wrong you undo it.
Each contact also carries a score that goes up or down on its own depending on
what they do, so you know where to start the day.
Calendar Agency The appointment is booked without leaving the chat
Month, week, day or agenda, whichever you'd rather look at. You reschedule by
dragging the appointment from one slot to another, and the reminder goes out on
the same channel where you talked. It comes with Agency, together with the AI
agents: it's the schedule they look at to leave the appointment booked.
Posts Pro · €49 You write it today and it goes out when it's supposed to
You upload the piece or write it here, pick a day and a time and it goes out on
your accounts on its own. If you'd rather see it first, it goes through an
approval round. Afterwards you see what each post did and what times work best
for you to post.
Dry run You see it before you switch it on
You run the flow against a real case and see what it would have done, step by
step, without a single message going out. When it checks out, you turn it on.
On the phone Pro · €49 Built for the thumb, not a shrunken desktop
Seven screens made for the phone, with the navigation at the bottom and within
reach of your finger. You reply waiting in line at the supermarket the same as
from the computer, because that's where replying really happens.
Opening hours It respects when you're open
Messages wait until you're open. Tagging, moving stages and creating tasks keep
running at three in the morning, because that bothers nobody.
And also Tasks with a reminder Personal data stays masked in the lists Several brands with a single login, €15 a month for each extra one A record of everything that happens
