Terms and legal notice
Last updated: October 11, 2026
What this page is. It does two jobs in one. It tells you who is behind this website, which is information that UK and Irish law requires us to put somewhere you can always find it. And it sets out the terms on which you use the site, which is what most readers expect to find under a link like this one.
It is about the website. The service itself comes with its own written agreement, which you would sign before anything starts.
Who is behind this site
This website belongs to Corvere Solutions, which provides the Darno service. Corvere Solutions is a sole trader established in Spain, not a company.
You can reach us directly and effectively at support@corveresolutions.com. A person answers, not a form.
What this site is for
It introduces Darno, a CRM for businesses that sell through direct messages, and it lets you join a waiting list. Nothing is bought or sold here and nothing is charged. Leaving your email puts you under no obligation and creates no contract between us.
The prices on the home page are there for information. They are what we intend to charge on the date shown at the top of this page. The terms that actually apply to you get agreed in writing, with you, before anything starts.
Using this site
Read it, share the link, quote it with attribution. What you can't do is try to break it, scrape it wholesale, get at parts of it that aren't public, or use it to send anyone anything they didn't ask for.
If you fill in the waiting list form, please give us real information. We read these one by one and answer them one by one.
What you can do with the content
The text, the design, the Darno name, its symbol and the software belong to Corvere Solutions or to whoever licensed them to us. You can read the site, quote it while naming the source, and share the link. You can't copy it, reproduce it or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
Third party marks that appear here, such as Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp, belong to their owners. We name them to explain which services the product works with, or to ask you where you work today. Naming them implies no relationship with them and no endorsement from them.
What we stand behind, and what we don't
We take care that what's written here is true and current, but this page can contain mistakes or fall out of date. We don't take responsibility for decisions somebody makes purely on the strength of what they read here, or for service interruptions outside our control.
The site is provided as it is. Nothing on it is professional, legal or financial advice.
When we link out to other websites, it's for your convenience. We don't control what's on them and we're not answerable for their content.
How we handle your data
The privacy policy spells it out with no small print: what we collect, what for, how long we keep it and what you can demand from us. The cookie policy covers what gets stored in your browser and what happens when you say no.
Which law applies
We are established in Spain and this site is run from Spain, so Spanish law governs it, and disputes go to the courts that Spanish law points to.
That doesn't take anything away from you. If you are a consumer, you keep whatever protections the law of the country you live in gives you and doesn't let you sign away, and you keep the right to go to your own local courts where that law says you can.
Changes
If we change this page, we update the date at the top. The version you can read here is the one that applies.
