Privacy policy
Last updated: September 11, 2026
The short version. We only hold what you type into the waiting list form. We use it to work out whether you fit and to tell you when we open. We don't sell it, we don't share it with advertisers and we delete it after twelve months. You can ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Who handles your data
The controller is Corvere Solutions, the owner of Darno, a sole trader based in Spain. Write to us about anything to do with your data at support@corveresolutions.com.
Darno is a Corvere Solutions product. Where this page says "we", it means the business named above.
What we collect and why
Only what you type into the waiting list form. There is no other collection of personal data on this site.
| What | Required | What we use it for |
|---|---|---|
| Name | Yes | Calling you by your name when we reply |
| Email address | Yes | Telling you when we open places, and answering you |
| Your Instagram, Facebook or website | No | Looking at what you do before we reply |
| Where people message you today | No | Working out whether the product fits you |
| How many messages you get a day | No | Same |
| What you are using right now | No | Same |
| Whatever you write in the free text box | No | Understanding your case before we answer |
We don't use it for anything else. We don't sell it, we don't hand it over, and we don't drop you into an automated email sequence.
In the language of US state privacy laws: we do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We run no advertising of any kind on this site.
What allows us to do this
Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by sending the form. You can withdraw it whenever you like by writing to us, and withdrawing it doesn't undo anything we did legitimately before you withdrew it.
Because we are established in Spain, European data protection law governs how we handle what you send us, wherever in the world you are when you send it. That is Article 3(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation: it attaches the rules to where the controller is established, not to where you live. If you are in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR applies to this as well.
How long we keep it
Until we open places and get back to you, and at most twelve months from the day you write to us. After that, or as soon as you ask us to delete it, it goes.
If you end up becoming a customer, your data moves over to the service contract, which comes with its own privacy information.
Who else sees it
Nobody, other than the suppliers we need to make this work:
- Supabase, where what you send is stored. It acts as our processor and does not use your data for its own purposes.
- Our email provider, so that we can write to you.
Where your data goes
We are in Spain, so when you write to us from the United States, the United Kingdom or Ireland, your information travels to Europe and is handled there under the rules described above.
The one thing that can travel the other way is website analytics, and only if you accept it. Google Analytics is provided to us by Google Ireland Limited, which may process data in the United States. That transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and on the adequacy framework between the European Union and the United States. We have IP address anonymisation switched on.
If you would rather none of that happened, turn the analytics cookies down in the banner. Nothing breaks: the site works exactly the same.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies to see how many people come in and what they look at. They don't switch on until you accept them: you get a banner when you arrive, and until you decide, nothing is written to your browser.
You can say no and the site works the same. You can change your mind whenever you like. The cookie policy has the detail.
We also keep a note in your browser of whether you prefer the site light or dark. That identifies nobody, never leaves your device and doesn't need your permission, because its only job is to show you the page the way you left it.
What you can ask us for
Whoever you are and wherever you live, you can ask us to: show you what we hold about you, correct it if it's wrong, delete it, restrict what we do with it, object to us doing it at all, and hand it to you in a portable file. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.
Write to support@corveresolutions.com from the address you gave us, or prove who you are some other way. We answer within one month. If a request is genuinely complicated we can take up to two more months, and if that happens we will tell you inside the first month and explain why.
What changes from country to country is not the list above, it's who you can complain to if we get it wrong:
- United Kingdom. Those rights are yours under the UK GDPR. If you think we have mishandled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
- Ireland and the rest of the EEA. Those rights are yours under the GDPR. You can complain to your own national supervisory authority. In Ireland that is the Data Protection Commission. Because we are established in Spain, you can also go to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, which is the authority that supervises us.
- United States. There is no single federal privacy law, and the state laws that grant rights like these mostly only apply to companies above a certain size. We are a one person business well below those thresholds, so rather than make you work out whether your state's law reaches us, we give you the same rights anyway, as a matter of policy. If you think we have mishandled your data, write to us. You can also raise it with your state attorney general.
Wherever you are, we would rather you came to us first. We would like the chance to fix it.
Children
This site is aimed at people running a business. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16, and we never knowingly collect it from children under 13. If we find that we have, we delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date at the top. If the change matters and we have your email address, we tell you.
